Our projects include painting, decorating, wallcovering, high performance coatings and upscale finishes in the Commercial Construction industry.

Prerequisites:

Ability to multitask and keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to read drawings / plans efficiently.

Attention to detail.

Organizational skills.

Communication skills.

Working knowledge of Procore / Microsoft word / Adobe / PowerPoint.

Project management assistance:

Closely cooperate with Project managers and/or supervisors in the field.

Provide support for multiple small / large / complex commercial painting projects from start to finish.

Provide project set up and other project related administrative support.

Keep project information neat and organized.

Communicate clearly and effectively as new information becomes available to keep everyone informed.

Obtain material pricing from various vendors.

Run submittal process and ensure timely and complete submittal deliveries and project readiness for the field.

Assist in resolving scope items as they come up during course of the project.

Assist with communication between the field / office / clients.

Assist with change order pricing and ticket work processing.

Purchase specialty materials and manage deliveries.

Assist with vendor management.

Assist in project close out.
